PROFILE
David is a member of the professional litigation practice group. His practice concentrates on the defense of architects, engineers, and other design professionals in malpractice claims in state and federal court. He also defends design professionals before licensing and disciplinary boards. Hoping to avoid claims altogether, David prepares and reviews contract documents for designers for projects of all sizes.
David’s practice also includes commercial litigation and property and casualty defense.
Prior to moving to Maine, David practiced in Vermont for 20 years where he defended professionals in malpractice litigation and engaged in significant trial and appellate work.
