PROFILE
Elizabeth Brogan rejoined Norman, Hanson & DeTroy in 2016. She initially joined the firm in 1987, as a member of the Workers’ Compensation practice group, becoming a partner in 1995.
Ms. Brogan is Executive Director of the Workers’ Compensation Coordinating Council and the Maine Council of Self-Insurers, and Administrator of the Maine Self-Insurance Guarantee Association. She has also served as a member of the Maine Workers’ Compensation Rules Taskforce and various groups to consider legislation impacting workers’ compensation. Brogan is a board member and past president of Kids’ Chance of Maine, an organization providing scholarships to the children of workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the job.
Ms. Brogan works with the Governmental Relations and Workers’ Compensation practice groups at Norman, Hanson & DeTroy, representing the interests of the employer community at the Maine Legislature and Workers’ Compensation Board.
